WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY
Clik Elite SA warrants to the original purchaser that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, improper care or alteration.
Coverage terminates if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product.
To report a warranty defect, please contact customer service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a refund on your purchase. Please include your telephone number and a copy of your original sales receipt so that we may contact you.
If, after inspection, we find that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, we shall at no charge to you repair or replace the product at our discretion, and return the product to you.
You will be responsible for delivery costs to Clik Elite but there is no charge for the inspection or the return postage. This warranty excludes claims for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the warranty problem. Please note that daily wear and tear is different than manufacturing defects and our buckles will not always survive being shut in a car door.
We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
